Our Service

Agent Select provides a free comparison service for consumers. We aggregate publicly available data, user reviews, and proprietary metrics to recommend real estate agents. We do not guarantee the sale or purchase of any property, nor do we guarantee the performance of any agent recommended through our platform.

User Obligations

When using our service, you agree to provide accurate and current information about your property or buying requirements. You must not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit agents for services outside the scope of standard real estate transactions.

Fees and Commissions

Our service is 100% free for consumers. We may receive a referral fee from the real estate agent if you successfully sell or buy a property using an agent introduced by us. This fee is paid by the agent out of their standard commission and does not increase the fees you pay.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
